Adams-Bagnall
employees

worked
for the
Brush
Electric
Company
. This
lamp
measures

tall
and
is

cm)
in
diameter
.
Adams
,
inventor
of the
Brush-Adams
arc
lamp
, was in
charge
of
arc
lamp
production
for
Adams-Bagnall
,
while
Bagnall
oversaw
dynamo
and
motor
construction
. The
company
also
included
Samuel
Edward
Cox
,
former
manager
of
Swan
Lamp
Manufacturing
Company
,
L.H
.
Rogers
,
assistant
general
manager
of the
Brush
Electric
Company
, and
C.W
.
Phipps
,
who
worked
to
introduce
Brush
lighting
in
Britain
and
Japan
.
Adams-Bagnall
made
arc
lamps
and
incandescent
lamps
,
although
they
stopped
producing
incandescents
in
1897
.
