Description	This photograph of the Ash Street Bridge (U.S. 36) was taken from atop a levee on the west bank of the Miami River in Piqua, Ohio. The photograph measures 10.5" x 6.5" (26.67 x 16.51 cm). Piqua, Ohio, is the most upstream flood protection feature in the Miami Conservancy District. Most of the city, including the central business district, lies south and west of the Great Miami River. The Miami Conservancy District maintains 2.8 miles of levee and 3 miles of river channel in Piqua, as well as maintaining and operating eight floodgates.
