Albert Domrose
Dies At 85 Years
Albert Domrose, 84, well known
(Erie-twsp resident and retired
manager of the Highland Cherry
Orchards at Bellevue, died Friday
at the Maple Lane Rest Home on
Route 163 where he had been a
patient since Feb. 1. 3 -//-/f^" '7
Funeral services will be held
Tuesday at 2 from the Gerner and
Wolf funeral home. The Rev. John
Braun will officiate and burial will
be made in Riverview Cemetery.
Mr. Domrose is survived by two
sons, William of Oak Harbor, and
George of Danbury,* seven grand¬
children and six great grandchil¬
dren. He was born in Germany
Sept. 2, 1882. His wife, Metia, pre¬
ceded him in death.
Mr. Domrose was recognized
throughout tihe state as an out¬
standing orchardisi with a long
record of experience in fruit work.
