Myron Bloom Dies
Of Fractured Skull
The funeral services for Myron
Bloom, 19, son of Mrs, Mary
Bloom, living about five miles east
of Elmore, are being held today
(Friday) at 1:30 P. M. at the home
and 2 P. M. at St. Paul's Lutheran
church in Rice township, Sandusky
county, Rev. A. J. Prange officiating.
Mr. Bloom died in Memorial
hospital in Fremont Tuesday eve¬
ning of a fractured skull received in
an automobile accident Sunday eve¬
ning near Kingsway, Ohio, on the
Oak Harbor-Fremont road, when
the car in which he was riding with
four others skidded into a bridge
over Little Muddy Creek and fell
into the creek. Two girls were
killed and another girl—ceceived a
broken jaw, while her brother, Clay¬
ton Hetrick, driver of the car,
escaped serious injury.
Myron was a graduate of Harris-
Elmore high school being a member
of the class of '32. He was an ac¬
tive member of St. Paul's church,���Sunday school and Luther League.
Besides his mother he is survived
by two sisters, Mrs. Simon Dunham
of near Elmore, and Thelma, at
home; four brothers, Luther and
Raymond at home, Oliver of near
Elmore, and Harold of Old Wash¬
ington. His father, Chas W. Bloom,
died last June.
