Marblehead, Dies
MARBLEHEAD — (Special) —
William Marcus Bird, 79, retired
employee of the Kelly Island Lime
Co. v and life long resident of
Marblehead, died this morning in
Toledo State Hospital after a four
years illness.
His body is at the Gerner and
Wolf, funeral home. Funeral ser¬
vices will he held Saturday at 9
a.m. from St. Joseph's Catholic
Church at Marblehead, the Rev.
Fr. Paul Palka officiating, and
burial will be made in St. Joseph's

Mr. Bird's wife, Ida, preceded
him in death. He is survived by
three sons, Edward, John and Ro¬
bert, all of Marblehead, and six
grandchildren.
He was a member of Knights
of Columbus and the Catholic
Knights of Ohio. He was born in
Marblehead March 20, 1878.
