RULES GOVERNING THE RENTING OF ASSOCIATION HALL.
A deposit of $15. must be made at time of engaging the Hall for evening, and $10 for afternoon. Lessees
will be required to pay for Hall if engaged, whether used or not. Balance must be paid before evening of the day
for which the Hall is engaged. Failure to comply with any of these requirements shall give lessor right to cancel all
existing engagements with the same lessee for future use of the Hall. There shall be no sub-letting unless by con.
Hall shall be at all times under the care and supervision of the officers of the Association, who shall at times have
the right of entry to any part thereof. The walls and woodwork of the building shall not be marred or broken in
any way by the driving of nails, hooks or otherwise. No alterations shall be made, and no paper pasted on the
walls or doors. No decorations will be permitted on the gas fixtures. No chair or other movable seat shall be
placed in aisles or entrances to the auditorium. The rent does not include piano, service of doorkeepers, ushers,
or ticket sellers. The Association reserves teh right to close the Hall, when the seats are all occupied.

$40.00 per evening, regular rate.
$30.00 per evening to churches and charitable organizations.
$20.00 per evening to churches and charitable organization when no admission charged.

Miss Prentiss has engaged Association Hall
under the above conditions, which are hereby made a part of this contract, for the
evening of October 27th 1898 and agree
