Commissioners met in special session 
present A Heywood  C. D. Titus Ed Jr R Shaw 
Commissioners and M J Colten Auditor 
E. D. Titus moved that the Commissioners 
build a county infirmary A Heywood 
seconded the motion.  Heywood Yea Titus 
Yea Shaw yea. 
Commissioners Clermont County met in joint session 
with the infirmary directors of Clermont 
County.  Present S. J.[illegible]  H McKown 
Otis Dudley  Infimary directors and 
A Hewywood C. D. Titus, and J R Shaw 
Commissioners with M J W Holten Clerk 
of said Board 
S. W. Rodgers presented plans and specifications 
for an infirmary building which upon 
motion of Otis Dudley seconded by C. D. Titus 
was adopted.  the vote being as follows

Otis Dudley Yea A Hewood Yea 
C. D. Titus Yea  J. R. Shaw yea 
the vote bing unanimous the 
president declared the same adopted 
on motion the joint board adjourned
