My daughter, Mrs. Baker has

ganizing of the first Boys' & Girls'
Agricultural Club.
After thinking over the matter,
it came to me that what I had
prepared for the Agricultural
History Committee of the U.S. Dept
of Agr. and published in April 1941
-three years after my retirement
would probably meet your needs
for a little history of the 4-H, Club
movement. (The name was official-
ly changed on all report forms in
1931, to take the place of a variety
of state names for the same
activities by farm youth organi-
zations)
