Description	Issue Docket A includes appearances to and issues of the Warren County Special Court of Common Pleas in its August 1803 term, after the court convened for the first time in May of that year. By resolution of the legislature of Ohio, there were appointed three commissioners who were authorized to select a seat of justice in Warren County, documented here. The record describes the land selected for the county seat, the town of Lebanon, Ohio. The docket is four pages in length and measures 7.5" x 12.5" (19.05 x 31.75 cm).
