CODE OF REGULATIONS
For the Government of The Old Ladies' Home Associ¬ ation OF Elyria Ohio
ARTICLE I
meetings of members
Section i. The annual meetings of said Association shall be held in Elyria, Ohio on the second Monday of April of each year. Regular meetings of said Association shall be held on the first Monday of each month. Special meetings may be held at such others times as the President or Board of Trustees may di¬ rect.
Section 2. Notice of the time and place of holding the an¬ nual meetings shall be given by one publication in a newspaper published and of general circulation in Lorain county for three days before the time for holding said meeting.
Section 3. At all meetings fifteen members of said Associa¬ tion shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
ARTICLE II selection of trustees and advisory boards
Section i. At the first annual meeting of said Association a Board of Trustees consisting of fifteen members shall be elected as follows: five for one year; five for two years; five for three years. At each annual meeting thereafter five trustees shall be elected for a term of three years. All election of Trustees shall be by ballot, and a majority of all votes cast shall be necessary to a choice.
Section 2, At the annual meetings a committee of twenty members of said Association shall be elected to be known as The Women's Advisory Board.
Section 3. At the annual meetings a committee of nine men residing in Lorain county shall be elected to be known as The Men's Advisory Board.
