At  a Sugartree Stake (No. 5) [underlined] Bearing from a Sugartree 
N 80°  E 18 links and bearing from Another Sugartree 
S 76°  W 43 links, Stake Stands on the East Side of 
a Hill 
1st Mile)	Commenced at 27..00 [Chains] came to the West branch 
of Mill Creek Bearing S 84°  E  1..00 [Chains] wide grey 
Sand Stone here along the Creek, at 49..00 [Chains] 
a Creek running from N52°  W 25 links wide, Land 
Hilly, Timber Ash & Beech, Soil good.   Stone as 
before, a Kind of Sandstone in the Hills, at 80..00 [Chains] 
Set up an Iron Wood Stake on the Top of a Hill 
(No. 6)  [underlined] Bearing from an Ironwood Saplin 
N 81°  E 5 links and bearing from a large W 
Oak S 78° W 40 links and near a sink hole 
Timber Chiefly White Oak 
2nd Mile)	At 25..00 [Chains] a Creek running S 34°   E 50 links 
Stone as before, Soil Rich but Hilly, Timber 
Sugartree, Oak & Hickory, at 40..00 [Chains] crossed 
same Creek Bearing S 40°  W at 55..50 [Chains] links 
crossed same Creek running S 20° E Timber 
Ash and Oak soil good but Hilly at 65..00 [Chains] 
crossed same Creek running South at 80..00 [Chains] 
Set up an Ironwood State for a Corner No. 7
