Description	This 8" x 10" (20.32 x 25.4 cm) photograph shows a man standing on a Lorain-Elyria Street Car Line car. The line was constructed and owned by the Johnson Steel Company to provide an efficient means for its workers to travel between their homes and workplace. The company also owned the right of way from Grove Street in Lorain to Elyria. This right of way eventually became State Route 57. A second photograph shows the Cleveland Southwestern and Canton #101 and the Lake Shore Electric #14 streetcars at the Lorain station at West Erie Avenue, west of Broadway, around 1903. It measures 8" x 9.5" (20.32 x 24.13 cm). The final photographs shows a Lorain streetcar on Broadway and 5th Street around 1908. The streetcar was owned by the Lorain Street Railway, which bought out the old horse-drawn streetcar line in the city of Lorain. Taken around 1908, the photograph measures 3.5" x 5" (8.89 x 12.7 cm).
