Description	This catalog describes the curriculum of the Jefferson Public School for the 1908-1909 school year. The Jefferson Educational Institute was the name given to the upper four grades of the school system prior to renaming it the Jefferson High School in 1911. Graduates were eligible for admission to The Ohio State University without examination. The catalogue describes in detail the course of study for all subjects from elementary school through the high school grades, lists instructors, the board of education members, and class alumni from 1848 through 1908. The 76-page catalog is 6" x 9" (15.24 x 22.86 cm).
