Memos: last year i produced 140 barrls Cyder, poorest yers from 40 to 60 barrls- 33 or 34 tons hay the last year, stocked down 14 acres to herds grass & clove, & dressed the mowing land handsomely with manure etc ashes in the fall - tis capable of growing wheat, last year & year before, it produced excellent crops of corn Rye, Oats, Flax etc those may be planted next season about 10 acres of Corn on ground in order for it & I suppose maure sufficient. There is a nursery of the best engrafted pears, peaches, cherries etc that bear plentifully. An excellent well of water 6 feet from the door, another well in the 2d Lott. A spring in the pasture that was nearly sufficient for all the stock the last verry dry summer.
There is about 80 rods of smooth ditch in the lowgounds, to receive the drainings from the high; an excellent & productive garden of half an acre.
these may be had with the farm 6 or 8 cows, the working cattle draft horse, utensils etc etc.
The situation til thot cannot fail to please, the whole has a south east exposure, about 20 acres of the pasture is capable of growing the best of Corn.
