Enclosed I forward my private a/c and a sketch of our Mill concerns, I can anticipate thty surprise, but the way is open for thy remarks or instruction. Any enquring that my seem necessary to make I will endeavor to answer. There will be due thee the coming fall, about $900 dollars from the sales of the Mill etc from this we can balance the accounts.
Friends here in comfortable health except the Widow Crosby who appears to be failing. Expect a marriage this week. John Lockwood of Poukeepsie to Amy Arnold. Joseph Arnold has gone and Simeon going to that place. I saw last week many of thy acquaintances at Nine Partners, generally in health. I hope to hear from thee as soon as comvenient.
