Full Text	A-224-1 page 1 Mr. Rotch When you was last at my office, i mentioned its being the desire of a number of persons that you would consent to be one of the Direcos of a Branch of the United States Bank in this place. You said you would think of it and let me know your determination. The friends of such an establishment, who are numerous, and quite respectable wish to tknow your mind, and are anxious to have your consent. Therefore in case you should be down in Town this afternoon, will you please to all at my office. March 5 1803 Your Friend, Wm Imlay
