                                  Yours of 7th Ult came to hand covering Inco Bill of Lading for 30 Boxes SDperm Candles which when they arrive shall dispose off agreeably to direction for account of Wm Rotch & Sons.
                   Annexed you have a Bill of a Cask Wine & Salt shipped pr Capt Stoddard 23d Decr amtg to L28.19.1 1/2 which is charged to your Acct. Also enclsoed is acct sales of 25 Boxes Sperm Candles received pr Capt Kempton last August the Nett procees of which say L 104.12.8 is to your Credit.  Shall forward the Letter directed per Hamburg by first oppy.
