Full Text	A-218-28 page 1 Esteemd Friend Boston 4th Octr 1797 Thomas Rotch Enclosed you have your Acct Currt balance in your favor when collected $2153.41 I had omitted giving your a/c Cr for the nett proceeds of 100 Boxes Sperm Candles recd pr Capt Dunham in Decr 1796 owing to my not having ascertained the charges I should have transmitted you more money at the time you requested me to forward it, however I shall deposit in the Branch Bank $1,000 next Tuesday for a/c Thos Hazard as you requested.
