Full Text	A-207-6 page 1 letter in poor condition partial transcription Philadelphia I assure you that the business on which I write is now I might say all important to me. Being in want of money for necessary purposes my hope of raising it is on the Credit of the above land. my wish is to determine on good authority what it would sell for to a safe purchaser at one and two years credit with interest, or if a sale might not be made for part cash and the remainder in one and two years- if for some cash down so much the better.
