Mr Thomas Rotch
Dear Sir, Your favour by Capt Allen covering bill of Laiding and Invoice of 20 boxes Candles We have received together with the Candles. Mr Chase collect some time past and acquainted us that he had agreed with you for a Marble Sink provided we had not engaged one, which we had not, [illegible] we expect he has furnished it. Have sent you three casks of lime by Capt Allen agreeably to your request. Candles remain on hand no call for them as yet. As business seems to revive a little we hope to be enabled to make sale of them but should not advise your sending any more at present. We are Respectfully your Friends.
