Full Text	A-82-5 page 1 Tho Rotch Hartford 11 May 1812 Respected friend, The favorable oppty which present by Chas Skinner induces me to drop a few lines & inform that on the 30th of last month I wrote you by mail & enclosed a deed to be executed to Jas Babcock for the Rocky Hill lot sold him for $1300. & in case it should not reach you in safety perhaps you can recollect eh boundaries near enough to execute one & forward me. Please to inform Charity that my dear nancy presented me with an other fine daughter last Thursday morn and is as Comfrotable as can be expected. Who knows but the little new Comer may hereafter be a Resident on Canton plains. Nancy & the Children join me in best wishes for yr happiness yrs Truly, Michl Bull P.S. I am very anxious to hear from you as I have nothing later than 18 Feby.
