I have rec'd thy letter informing of thy indispansation & that thee had in consequence there of abandoned the proposed journey to Canada, since which I have not heard from thee altho I have made repeated enquires. by thy said letter I was happy to observe thee had get the better of the fever & I sincerely hope thee continued to recover & has ere this the full enjoyment of health but until I have that desirable information I cannot but feel anxious therefore please favor me with a line by mail, I am much obliged for thy attention to these two sheep & I have a had four more ewes purchased at New Bedford & have ordered them sent to thee, I think I shall not purchase any more but I wish those
