Full Text	E-39-8 This Certifies all whom it may Concern That Thomas Roach of Harford in Hartford County & State of Connecticut, hath this day purchased & Recd by his agent Alexander Skinner, of Col D Hum= =phreys by the hands of John Humphreys Junr one full blooded Merino Ewe, One Year Old, marked with a half tenant the underside the Right Ear & number =ed on the Brass in the same Ear No 36. which was derived from the full blooded Merino Ewes & Rams imported into this Country from Spain by said Col D Humphreys, for which he hath paid One Hundred & Fifty Dollars in Cash.
