Description	This document describes the sale of a full blood Merino Ram to Thomas Rotch by Col. Humphreys who imported the animals into Connecticut in the early nineteenth century. This animal would be the founder shock of Rotch's woolen enterprise which he pursued until his death in 1823. 7.7" x 6.2" (19.4 by 15.6 cm)
