Haveing a good oppertunity to wright
thee a few lines I embrase it, by Daniel Richmond who
leaves hear today for Kendal. I send the inclosed hear five
dollars to pay my taxes, I wish thee to sell my helf of the
lot as soon as it is divided, Cushman will leave hear in about
three months for Kendal and then he is to divide the lot and
thee is to chose one half for me and then I wish thee to sell
as soon as practable for five dollars per acre and upwards
should Cushman come to Kendal he must pay his one tax
fore his part of the lot should he not com to Kendal
I still wish thee to sell my part and we will divide it
hear and then I will let thee know whitch part is mine
if thee could sell this spring it would sute me best
for I shall be from home in aboute three months

P S I sent the five dollars in my last letter by
male which I understood thee received by Frank Rotch
who told me that he advised thee not to sell till thee
heard from me agane. I should not sel the lot at
preasant but it is so far of, I had much rather thee sold it.
