I wish thee to have the care and pay
the taxes that may be laid on that lot of land that
did belong to Humphery Davis Junr of Long plane, which
let none belongs to Hooten Cushman and my self
and thee may draw on said Hooten on me for all the
expenses and trouble the is to respecting the said lot of
land and it shall be paid imediately, or we will
remit the, the money any way that the shall
direct, We wish thee to sell the lot for six dollars
per acre and upwards. I very mutch wish that thee
will take the care of the said lot and pay as mentioned
above, and thee will very mutch oblidege
