Full Text	B-190-1 Esteemed Friend Thomas Rotch} St Clairsville 4th mo 22nd 1817 Expecting that Judge Ruggles will set out for Kendal in a few minutes have just time to request thee to rent a small tenement for me- if convenient to obtain one near the Manufactory should prefer it. a small one will be suffi= cient as we have but little & shall bring only a part of that - please to desire Aaron Chapman to have the garden ploughed & plant a few potatoes & procure a few cords of wood at the door.
