                   Nantucket 8th mo 19th -95
my dear Son Thos
		   Thy mother reachd us yesterday 
by noon after a pleasant passage, & far d well
she informs me thou was about sendg  pr a frame for
our out house, & thought my meang was to have it
two Story on the back wch would be near those in
Front, but I only intend having it two in front
(the lower one to the high end to take in our wagons)
&^ 1 or 1 & part of another in the back just as may  
appear best according to the length of the Bank. if
 the vessel is not gone thou can direct accordingly; if
gone we can regulate it without much loss on her return;
 The Porch I would have of quite light timber; perhaps
14 feet wide or 15 - & about 21 or 22 long   two story
8 in the Clear below & 7 above. in hast with united
love to you all I am thy affect Father
