Dear Cousin
Thomas Rotch
being Informed that thou
had given up the Idea of going down east
with the Committee agreeable to appointment
by the Quarterly meeting, a Fear Arose on my
mind wheather thou had not Sufferd unrea=
sonable discouragements to take place which
if is the case; wish thee to Labour after Fortitude
& Resignation to manifested duty, Remembering
it is the Devoted & Faithfull servant that shall
Recieve the Reward of Peace-
I am thy affectionate Cousin
