  Esteemed Friend
    Thos Rotch
           Thy favor of 6 mo 10 is before
  me & I have observed its Contents - I 
  am sorry to have caused thee so much
  fear and Suspense had I not have
  concluded what I wrote was sufficient I
  could have said more.  The contract I
  made with Hendley was to make
  him the second payment of 400 Doll
  90 days after payment of the first
  and not 60 days. I requested thee to
  mention the time, but he will if
  he has made any mistake in writing the
  contract or In reading it agree that I 
  stated to him I would make him the
  payment as follows first for 30 days, second
  from the time that was due in 90. Third
  from that in 90 Days and last when
