Beloved Friend
Samuel Woolman
and myself were appointed by the Indian Com-
mittee to visit the Indians at Jaromes Town
and as thou wast nominated for ne of
that Comtee at the same time, it was presu
med that thou wouldst attend with one
of us, or both of us if we should both get
along, and as it is likely that about the
first or second week in next month will
be about the time we should think of
attending to it if it would suit thee
please to let me know by a line, whether
we may expect thy company and if the
time proposed will suit thee and if not
what time will, and I will endeavour
to let Samuel know, perhaps he may
come without me s I am under some
discouragements at present, myself and
family are well, with love to thee & wife
I remain thy friend,
Wm Heald
