Subject	Society of Friends; Certificates of Removal
Description	Herein, Thomas Grisell returns Certificates of Removal, perhaps for Richard and Maria Imlay, apparently freeing them up to return to the Chesterfield Meeting. Grisell comments that he hopes to see the Rotches at the Quarterly meeting "if the roads are good and health permits." 7.5" x 12.5" (19.2 by 32 cm)

Full Text	B-74-4 4th mo 24th 1816 Esteemed Frd Thomas Rotch when I opened thy last I found those Certificates which I return with my respects to thee and thy Charity hopeing to see you again perhaps at Quarterly meeting if the roads are good and health permits we are midling well at present my wife has been very poorly and Rachel Blackledge has also been much aflicted with the rhumatism but is on the mend I did look for a line or two on the paper that those Cert were in it would been pleasing to thy friend.
