Full Text	B-45-1 Dr. Sir Chillicothe, O. 29th Nov 1811 I am happy in seeing your arrival at Stubenville announced in the papers but should be still more so to see you in this middle & fertile part of the State. The tract of land which I described and proposed selling you I still have on hand & am disposed to sell it on very ad- vantageous terms. I confidently believe that if you were to examine the Land yourself & and adjacent Country, that it wou'd present advantages which wou'd induce you to become a purchaser. The land is sufficiently elevated for the sairing of sheep & as I before mention the soil is strong and good, with a beautiful fall- On the ground there are 40, or 50 acres in small grain, part of which I shall sow in grass shortly.
