Full Text	A-41-3 Wheeling April 14th 1816 Virginia Respected Friend I have this morning recd your Letter of the 6 ult desiring a Draft on James Duncan for the amount of your claims on Jacob Temlors- on order on [illegible] for the sum which if you insist on you will use; but if you feel that anxiety for my prosperity which you express you will suspen -d the claim untill the middle of September pay next when I will^ it; & when I hope I can pay it without the distress which its payment now will inevitably occasion me - Yours Respectfully Thomas Rotch Nathl P.
