Description	Advertising brochure for Wm. E. Lambert, 223 North Main St., Clyde, Ohio. When folded, the front depicts a man in an ill-fitting ready made suit. Open to the left, the man is pictured in a well-fitting custom-tailored sack, with three samples of fabric attached on the left panel. Opening the brochure to the left displays the man pictured in a storm coat, with an explanation of the difference between a ready-made suit and garments made to order. William E. Lambert was a tailor in Clyde for many years. After graduating from Clyde High School in 1881, he joined his father James in his tailor shop, taking over the business when his father died in 1889. He remained a tailor in Clyde until a few months before his death in 1943.
