Description	The wooden spire on the Methodist Church, corner of Buckeye and George Streets, Clyde, Ohio, was removed in 1952 for safety reasons. The church was competed in 1867. In 1871, severe windstorms damaged the spire. Repairs were made and a bell was added. The Methodists moved from this building to the one at the corner of West Maple and Race Streets in 1963.
