Sinai. - Hassan Kamal, Sadat's bureau chief, said today that the Egyptian leader planned no pageant or other spectacular at Santa Kateriiia to mark the' second anniversary of his first visit to Israel. No heads of state nor other foreign dignitaries had - -been invited, Kamal said. He * added, however, that the plans could change. Plans for the structure call for a single entrance hall that will give access to three separate wings, each of which will containjts own shrine.
