Thomas, chief prohrttipn officer for Frankllp Oounty, Thuraday. 8-.30 p. va.. when he addresses the closing meeting of the, Education For Family Liv¬ ing series sponsored by the Cen¬ ter's Adult Activities committee.
Mr. Thomas holds a master's de¬ gree tn Social Administration from Ohio Stato University and a B. A. degree from Kansas State University. His varied background in corrections and parole include four yeara aa parole officer at I..eavenworth Penitentiary.
In his talk on "Education for Family Living As I Sec It," Mr. Thomas will emphasize the preven¬ tive aspects of the problem of juvenile delinquency. The growing concern about devlent behavior on the part of averago. normal youth in our society makes this a most pertinent subject for community corisldecatlon.
