"An examination of the var¬ ious trusteesh.ip proposals re¬ veals that the definition of the purposes of the trusteeship is couched In general terms. As a result, adequate allowance is not made for the unique character of the Palestine Mandate with its dynamics In matters of popu¬ lation and itji objective of creat¬ ing a national home for a people still to come to the country.
"In our memorandum, we have offered the following five pro¬ posals;
•1) To Include in the chapter of the charter of the United Na¬ tions dealing with international trusteeship a clause designed to preserve existing rights acquired under the mandate system of the League of Nations.
'2) To center responsibility fnr the transfer of the League of Nations' Mandates lo the authority of the United Nations In the hands of the pcrnuuieni members of the Security Council together, In the case of any par¬ ticular territory held under man- dale l)y il l.'nlled Nation not a member of the Security Council, with the nation holding such mandate.

Chatlaln was %vounded and aclually though he was about to die when he wrote his epic poem. He lived through the ex¬ perience and comes to Colum¬ bus next Tuesday with one of the most interesting stories of the war. For gallantry In action he was awarded the Sliver Slar and the Purple Heart.
With the curfew lifted, the stag parly, following the din¬ ner, promises to be the same outstanding affair of previous years.
"This event has always been one of the most enjoyable of the year", Leonard Stern, president, said today. He praised the com mitlee for doing an excellent job of arranging It and anpounc- ed that more than 200 reserva¬ tions have already been received.
