Provenance: The Ohio Historical Society acquired the Thomas
J. Herbert Papers as a gift of Thomas J. Herbert, Columbus,
Ohio, in 1950, and of John D. Herbert, his son, in 1980.
Thomas J. Rieder and Paula Williams processed the collection
in 1970 and 1980 respectively.
Property rights: The Ohio Historical Society owns the property
rights to this collection.
Copyrights: John D. Herbert has dedicated such copyrights as
